Been going here for a year, was still worth it even though the wait for food was always long.
Today I called in an order was told it would be ready in 10 minutes and after a half hour of waiting I asked again - at that point I was told they didn't have the food I ordered and they would have to make something else. I asked for my money back at which point I was told "next time get off your ass and come in here to order". He continued to go on until another employee shoved him in the back.
They don't communicate, don't know how to take phone orders in new york, and there are plenty of cafes in park slope where someone in a french accent doesn't curse you out.

My wife and I go there quite often as we are French and normally love their Patisseries.
This is why I was surprised yesterday when returning to the counter an almost untouched very dry flan (it's ok we all make mistake) the only thing they proposed me was to buy something else.

Always a fan. Friendly and fun. Met many who know of me here and others not so well.

This is a super cool cafe a little off the path in Park Slope. The staff is super nice and has a range of tasty food to offer. Their coffee is great but the real start is the Teddy Bear shaped financiers. Not only are they adorable they are delicious - made with almond flour they have a rich consistency and a great nutty taste. I love stopping by here whenever I'm in the neighborhood. The cafe itself is a little small so don't always bank on getting a seat.

Can't even fully describe my love for this place. The croissants are amazing! I've only branched out and tried something different on a few occasions. Very friendly and helpful staff. It can be hard to get a table at times but worth waiting around for a bit! Chai lattes are a great alternative to coffee there.
