Went to get my car checked out not only did they explain what was wrong and how it worked, they also let me know about other issues with my car. They gave me options as to what I could do to fix it. Will definitely be going there the next time I have to get my car checked out.

Great experience for first time customer. I was immediately greeted by David, who treated me like I've been a customer for years. I was having a headlight problem and a ticking noise coming from the left front wheel. We spoke about what the causes may be. David called a few hours later to explain his findings but didn't fix anything until I approved of it. He even brought to my attention a dirty air filter which caused a rumbling noise when the Altima started up. Long story short, all of the issues were resolved for a very fair price, the car now runs very well and I couldn't have been happier with the work and customer service. I strongly recommend Colonial for anyone seeking a fair, trustworthy mechanic on the island.

Service and value is what I took away from my experience at Colonial. As a woman, I'm always careful of the service people I deal with so I took my car to Colonial on the recommendation of a close friend. They not only repaired the elusive problem that I took it there for, but while my car was on the lift, they also took care of potential troubles that 'if gone unattended' could have been disastrous. Good old service and value, something that is not easy to find.
