I custom ordered my loveseat which took time to be made. Coleman contacted my regularly to let me know where in the process my love seat was. When I first ordered they even called to make sure I knew it would take months for the manufactuer to build the customized love seat. The company they outsource the delivery to was very professional. I highly recommend Coleman Furniture

I ordered a bed from Coleman a few weeks ago. The sales rep on the phone was courteous and helpful. The problems began with actually getting the bed to me. I received an e-mail 8 days ago stating the the merchandise was being prepared for shipment and I would receive a call in "a couple of days." I never heard from them so I called them today. They told me the furniture had been damaged and they were going to "restore" it and then ship it. I told them that I did not want damaged furniture. I then told them to cancel the order because of their failure to communicate with me. They proceeded to tell me there would be a 25% restocking fee. This problem was NOT of my own doing, Coleman DID NOT CONTACT ME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, and yet Coleman, because of a rather vague and obscure statement in their customer service documents think they have a legal right to charge me the restocking fee. I will not do business with them again and I hope that no one else does either.
