My ninety-one year old mother qualified for a grant to do electrical updates on her house where she has lived almost sixty years and Cole was one of the choices NY Property Insurance Underwriting Assn listed. After vetting a few, we decided to try and give "the brother" some business. He installed four security lights with day/night sensors outside on November 23rd 2015 and none of them are lit at night two months later in mid-January 2016. He then refused to return to look and see about them and acted arrogant when I asked if he used old bulbs. He insulted us by implying that he had "wasted too much time already". Terrible customer service. Next time, we'll give the business to a reputable Caucasian company like my mum wanted to.
