The real estate agent Joesph Defalco listed false information on a single family home that is up for sale. I had called the main office to complain and they did not change the misleading information or remove it from the NJ MLS. I had wasted three days of my life trying to purchase this home. Thank god another real estate agent warned me that the home was in a flood zone area.
Do yourself a favor and find another real estate agent or use another Coldwell office.
