Terrible experience.. It was a Monday afternoon, my son had a small ceremony in Barclays center; having finished the P.A.L. My family and I decided to stop by for some ice cream, from the moment we walked in we got attitude from ALL OF THE STAFF in the front, they were very rude to us rolling their eyes and sucking their teeth. Having loud, personal conversations. My mother asked for a latte and was told there was no ice, she then asked for something else and was told it would take to much time to make, all was answered with attitude to which I answered back with more attitude. I grew increasingly impatient and just walked out. They were obviously not there to work, but to be the ghetto, ratchets that they are.. I really hope they change their staff.. As for me we will not be going back..

The Ice cream is always delicous. I get upset because they hardly have grapenut ice cream or butter pecan. They will make more sale from me if they always had these two flavors.
