Cold Stone Creamery

I arrived to this cold stone at approximately 3pm and was greeted by the cashier. First, I was disappointed in the selections that were presented but decided to choose a flavor anyways. Upon my arrival the store was not busy and one of the two female employees (white) helped me with my purchase. I specifically informed the employee, since the regular size costs $1.50 more I will only get the small size, prior to her making my ice cream. The employee created and handed me my ice cream and I started eating at. By the time I got to the register, I saw that I was charged for a regular size. I immediately informed the cashier that I requested a small and she stated "well I already made you a medium size" and continued to charge me for the regular size ice cream. This event made my experience at this location horrible as their should not have been any confusion as the store was not busy and it is not my (customer) fault that she (employee) decided to pour me the wrong size. I believe that the wrong protocol was taken and will not be coming back to the establishment and I will also be going out of my way to inform various people of the indecency and error of employees of this establishment. #FAIL
