Cold Stone Creamery

This store is an absolute mess! During our last visit all tables were sticky and had drips of melted ice cream on them. The doors and display were dirty. There were sprinklers and bits of toppings allover the counters and the staff looked like they could care less. The ice cream itself was half melted and many flavors were missing.

The store was a wreck and the staff looked like they would prefer to be anywhere but there serving you and your children ice cream. One look at the staff and you can tell why the store is such a dirty mess. THis is a place where families bring their children for a treat. You would expect the staff to be energetic and friendly, but they are not. Do your self a favor and go to a different location.

Food was great! The "Hot For Cookie®" is heaven in a meal :).

Décor was your average ice-cream store. nothing interesting

Service, on the other hand, was poor. On a Saturday night at around 8 they had one woman behind the counter! It was a 15 min wait and it took 3 1/2 min to get the food.

We live nearby and often go to this location, but at time it has been a big disappointment. I always see new faces here which is ok but i hate when my icecream is messed up. Either there are different toppings, icecream is half melted by the time it is in the cup, a whole lot of icecream would be left on the stone which otherwise should be in my cup.For $5 i hardly get even a kid size scoop.
