I love cold stone, not this one in specific. Slow employees from behind the counter. They looks miserable, uninterested. The seating area was not clean. Most of their ice cream container were empty, when asked if they had it in the back somewhere stored the guy said they ran out. How can you ran out of ice cream ? Smh

The staff doesn't have the right attitude toward customers. Service is very slow and it smells funny inside. The ice cream wasn't fresh it was probably 5 days old.

they leave the door open and when u enter they tell u theyre closed straight bs

They need to really train the workers how to make ice cream I went for a smoothie and had to change it twice before asking for my money back month later went back with a friend asked for icecream and she made my order wrong and it tasted funny..never will I go back union turnpike is way better than this one. Sorry but 1 star
