Too many young people working here. Not very professional. They did a bunch a unnessessary test just to get extra money from the insurance company. So I ended up paying a high deductible. Dr. seemed sketchy, money hungry instead of looking out for your best interest. I WILL NEVER BE GOING TO THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN

I got my supply of contact lenses from here about one year ago and that was the start of a series of nightmares. I cannot believe how irresponsible the staffs were. Many times I called in for service and the staff put me on hold and never picked up the phone again. When I ask for explanation they simply told me the staff that talked to me went home and nobody knows I was on the line. They have all kinds of excuses for not to do something for the customer over the phone, e.g. when I called in for my subscription information, or ask them to ship the supply to my new address, they would refuse and claim new shop policy does not allow that, which turns out to be just lies. Nobody cares about your requests. If they said they would call you back, they won’t. If they say they would ship the package to you tomorrow, expect at least one month delay because they would lose your shipping address, or the staff who took your request went on vacation for two weeks. If they make mistakes, they would tell you all kinds of lies to cover it up…All in a nutshell, if you value the health of your eyes or your time or money, avoid this place!

Don't go here!! My wife went there a couple of weeks back to get her eyes checked. The doctor here (Terri Haberman) did the checkup and it didn't go well. First, the place has a dingy room with the eye chart kept at an awkward angle on the wall. You have to look at it diagonally with lots of piled up stuff obstructing the vision. After the tests, my wife told me that she couldn't see the letters with enough sharpness even after putting on the correction lenses. The doctors response during the test was that this was the best she could do. The doc also kept changing the lens one after another without giving her enough time to decide. When she complained to her about it, the doc quipped "I spent 20 mins for the tests" implying she spent enough time.
If you think the doc was the bad enough, here's the ultimate shocker. When the lady at the front desk gave the prescription in the end, the Left and Right eye readings were interchanged. We know this only because we took a pic of the doctor's results using the cellphone camera while it was being copied.
If you want to get a proper checkup and not waste your insurance, ditch this place and goto Absolute Eyewear right below the Woodbridge station (you could try Walmart too). The doc there did a fantastic job and we got the right results. The sphere measurements were off by 0.25 for both eyes when I compared it with Cohen's values. The axis and cylinder values were totally out of whack. You can get the checkup done for 50 bucks at Absolute Eyewear if you get coupon from their site.
I ended up wasting my once in a year insurance checkup option on Cohen's. If your ever read this, don't waste your money by going there.
