The lady that assisted me lied to me and said my insurance did not give me a free pair and that I needed to buy one. However, I went to another doctor and he gave me my free pair. This is more of a store than a doctors office.

Does this company claims it aims for the best in "customer service"? Walked in on a Friday night (only one other customer inside) to find a Burberry frame. I was not acknowledged by any of the three female workers standing behind the counters. One was dealing with the other customer, while the other two were standing around like they had nothing to do. Pathetic. They lost a potential sale and customer.

FOLLOW UP:
Customer service is very efficient, they contacted me the next day and ordered a new one for me. I just picked the new frame, it is much much better than the old one, and the gentle man today in store is also very polite and helpful.
The store itself is good, but be sure you can find a good representative as well!

worst worst experience ever! I have never complained anything online before this one, but I have to do this to avoid anyone else getting lied!
I bought a ferragamo frame together with lens in this store. After I came back, I found it didn't tight enough so I went to another store to make adjustment. The representative in another store told me that my frame is a sample, and it HAS BEEN USED AT LEAST ONE YEAR by judging from the metal of the frame.
I am really angry about this, not only because the frame is a sample, but because the representative hided the truth to me. Then I started thinking that she even told me every lens in cohen's must be standard polycarbonate, and gave me a lot more other add on options of my lens to make me spend more. I was just love the frame too much so i didn't even think about anything then bought the frame.
one more thing, after I paid, the representative become totally another person, impatient with any other question i asked and when I went back to pick up the frame she just ignored me.

The doctor was great and so was the customer service reps and Asst in the office. I was impressed and I was just a walk in looking to get replacement contacts.

Well, one of the worse customer service I'd ever experienced. Was asking for a copy of my eye record email to me, and the attitude through the phone is more than unpleasant. And when she said the record is emailed, i said give me a second, I will check it, then she immediately said she will email it in 10 mins, but until now, I never get my record. Great job, will never go to this brand nor this store ever again.
