The doctor was fine, my prescription never changed. The glasses selection is horrible so I bought elsewhere, but ordering contacts from them takes "a week and we'll call you" they never call, I always have to call them to make sure they're in the store.

I would not purchase glasses here ever again. They will overcharge me and outright Ripped me off. If you have a Groupon with them you should ask for a refund and go to a reputable company for glasses

Save yourself some time and nerves: not only sales people are unprofessional, they are also unapologetic. After making me wait for 3 weeks for a pair of glasses they ordered the wrong pair (color). The eye exam was also wrong: i could not see anything in my new glasses, so i had to go to the old prescription.

I wish i've read reviews before going there.

Seriously, the worst experience EVER

I purchased a groupon and went to this location, it was 200 off a pair of frames. Even with the groupon I still had to play over 300 for the frame, granted I chose a pair of Prada frames which are pricey anyway but seriously even with a 200 off groupon it was still 300+. I bought a pair of Prada glasses from Sol Mascot a few years ago and paid 265 for frame AND lenses. Anyway I didn't want the eye exam that came with the groupon and asked that the prescription on my current glasses be used on the ones I just purchased from them. They said they could do that great, no, not great. The prescription wasn't the same. I tried the glasses on before I left and something seemed off but I figured it was probably just my eyes needing to adjust to the new lenses, so I took them and left. I put them on later that day and my eyes started hurting. And from then on my eyes bothered when I wore them. I called and was told I can come back in to change them so I did just that. When I came a few days later, I was told the prescription is the same and was asked "why are you complaining?, What are you complaining about?" Are you F*cking serious? I wasn't aware that Cohen's employed people that have the ability to see through others eyes. I was continued to be reassured that the prescription was correct, but yet my eyes bother when I wear the frames. Whatever, I just took my glasses and left. I'll stick to going to my regular eye doctor, although he doesn't offer that much of a variety of frames at least I won't have to deal with a**holes. Thanks but no thanks to Cohen's and their slimeball salespeople.

Really rude and disconnected place. They are independent and Not corporate Cohens. So I went to the place down the street because the first was out of my one a days and I just paid for an exam. I had my prescribing with me to see to grab closest to mine there and they were full of excuses to just give me a set because I did not buy from them. They were full of charm asking me to cancel my year purchase with the other place to just than give me one lousy set to get me thru the week. Awful hospitality.
