Don't go to this store

I called around for eye exam for driver's license renewal, they were the most pleasant and helpful one that I have spoken to. They charged $20 instead of the $35 by others.

They were equally pleasant, and helpful when I was there for my eye exam.

Do not go to this store. I feel like I was tricked into wasting time in a bait-and-switch scam.
I spoke with the receptionist on the phone clearly stating that I wanted to use my General Vision Services insurance voucher to get an eye exam, but that I was purchasing my glasses online, though I may purchase contacts at the store. I asked whether they could give me my pupillary distance measurement even though I was not buying glasses there. She assured me they could and invited me to come down for an appointment.
I spent a half hour waiting in the seedy, bare store. In the exam room, Dr. Wen told me he would not give me my pupillary distance information if I did not buy glasses from him. In reply to my questions about my treatment, he merely told me other ways that I could spend money there on contacts, ect. He would not do the exam unless he knew how I would be spending at his store.
He was obviously not concerned about giving good care, but in making a buck.
