I've been getting my glasses/ contacts done here for 5+ years. Staff is helpful when you're there.

I have been a customer at this optical for a few years, for the most part I haven't had many problems but in the past years customer service has been declining. The phone is rarely answer and if it is you are being put on hold until you hang up, nobody comes back to pick up the calls on hold.
It is unfortunate, this is a very convenient location for me, but I am going to have to look for another optical that can service their clients better.

I love this optical place. I have been with Cohen's Fashion since I was 16 maybe younger, I am now 41 years old. Their customer service is awesome. Keep up the good work everyone!

I am a 54 year old man, I wore glasses for most of my life. Never did I see such incompetence at an optical store. When finally they called me to pick up my prescription glasses, and I swear that when I wore them I could not see anything. Everything was blurry, whats worse, they kept insisting that it was my fault, they gave me Diabetes and blamed the fact that i couldn't see clearly on my non existing diabetes, when that failed they tried the Blood pressure scam. When after an hour of arguing with them They agreed to replace the lenses after a second exam by the same incompetent Dr. the readings were different that the first time she examined me. It was a horrible experience, I still have to lift my head so high as if i am looking at the sky to be able to read anything though the transition glasses. The reading portion is so low its ridiculous. On top of all that I was charged $786 dollars on top of what my Antenna insurance paid them for a pair of glasses that is now sitting in my closet. they ripped me off so bad, i feel raped. Save your money and energy, go anywhere else but don't even think about using them. a BUNCH OF THIEVES hell bent on stealing your money. Save your money, don't go there. I just got a new pair from a doctor's office with the exact same specs as the one I got from them, I paid $467 for the exact same thing. They're thieves, plain and simple.

An amazing service, now I see 100 times better now. I'm happy I went there!!
