spend $470 for just glasses

The optometrist here did a good job with my eye exam. Previously my prescription for estigmatism was a little off even though I had it checked a couple of times, but this doctor got it just right. The people at the counter adjusted my frames for free even though I didn't buy them at Cohen's and they replaced my lenses within a couple of days. They did try to sell me those weird anti-glare lenses that the chains always try to push, but other than that it was a good experience.

Terrible!! I have never been so angry. I only needed a simple eye exam. They messed up my appointment TWICE. First, they claimed my insurance wasn't valid (which was not true) and wouldn't take me, and the second they told me the wrong time for my apt, and the doctor wouldn't take me. Clearly they don't actually want patients.

I spent over $800 here on new contacts/glasses. The called a few days later to say my glasses were in. I stopped in 5 days later to see if my contacts were in yet, and they actually acted offended that I came there. She indignantly said she would call when they were ready. Another 2 weeks went by and still didn't hear anything. I called and after waiting on hold she took my # down and would call me back. Never did. The next day I went in and found out my contacts had just been sitting sitting there for 2 weeks & no one called me. The doctor I saw, and the person who eventually helped me were both really nice, but my experience leaves me doubting I'll return.
