I went to Cofi Cafe and loved it. The service was optimal and the staff welcomed you into an comforting clean environment. I ordered and thoroughly enjoyed a chicken salad with a Tangy smoothie. The thing I love about Cofi Cafe is the wide variety of toppings that you can put on your salad and I created my own salad with Baby Spinach. My smoothie was tangy and very fresh, I could taste the freshness of all the fruit that was used. I enjoyed looking at the wide array of desserts and I ordered a red velvet cupcake to go and once I ate it, it was the BEST!! Not overly sweet at all, just perfect. I have a very funny palate and I can say it truly agrees with Cofi Cafe. This is definitely the suburban delights meeting the tasteful urban. I love it and now I want everyone to try it!!!
