I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS "LAWYER" TO ANYONE - EVER
I have watched this person at the City Attorney for "The City of Bayonne, N.J" a military base town near New York City that has a pier that is a "former" U.S. Army and U.S. Navy base MOTBY that is the largest military pier in the world that can hold 4 Aircraft Carriers and 2 Destroyers.
Apparently, according to "rumor" "Mr. John Coffee", a "russian american" looking fellow represents "outside" "interests" or "business people" although his was / is the City Attorney for many years.
A smirky sarcastic obnoxious individual who is in the league of former Council President LoRe who would scream and yell at Citizens during City Council and Town Hall hearings.

I HAVE NOT EVER SEEN - JOHN COFFEE "come or go" from his Bayonne Broadway office on 19th and Broadway for the last 7 years.
IRONICALLY
After the election of "Mayor" James Davis, former "police captain" and "detective", associates of WILLIAM "BULL" NAPIER and GEORGE FARLEY - who "starred me down" in a Municipal Court Hearing inside the Judge's Podium area...
"Mr." John Coffee has "miraculously returned" to his office...
NOTE:
I work out of a Internet Cafe just 50 feet away from Mr. John Coffee office.
It "appears" that he is not a "practicing attorney or lawyer" AT ALL
And I have NO IDEA where he has been FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS as he has NEVER APPEARED to go in or out of the office.
So I would recommend a "practicing attorney" rather than a "fixer" or "power broker" like John Coffee of the Bayonne City Council and outside "interests" from west or north jersey or the "jersey islands"
Perhaps, he has been "vacationing" in Praque, Rio Dejenaro, Moscow, London, Macau, Hong Kong or some other "exotic" local a "power broker" or "foreign spy" would enjoy...
