Coco Nails & Spa

I read some reviews before visiting Coco Nails & Spa and went with some precaution, but I can confirm that my experiences have been nothing but positive. It seems that overly fussy people are the ones who typically complain and leave bad reviews, while happy customers continually give loyalty and business to their favorite places. Of course, this pertains to all types of businesses in the service industry. There's a reason why Coco Nails & Spa was voted "Best nail salon in SI" from the SI Advance. The store is clean and spacious, the workers are nice, and the services rendered have been exceptional. Spa pedicure is highly recommended and they also do a fabulous job for my gel manicures. Take those negative reviews with a grain of salt and try it out yourself before making judgments. I go there frequently and feel pampered after every visit.

Coco nails, Richmond Ave on Staten Island, is clean, friendly, and although I never ask for a particular girl to work on my nails, I get perfect results every single time. Have been going for a year now. And will continue to go.
They have good ventilation, ample stations and pedicure spas. Love it!
Prices are a few bucks more than the cheap places . For me, worth it.

I have been to a few places around where I live and been unsatisfied at a few other places due to lacking professionalism with the staff who weren't nice or accommodating, or bad quality of work on my nails that left then chipping three days after a gel mani and damaged. Coco Nails does a great job. I highly recommend the spa pedicure, it's worth the splurge I will never go back to the regular, plain pedi. I have always left happy with my nails and toes which says allot bc I am ocd and like things prefect! Looking so forward to my next spa pedicure :)

I've gone to Coco Nails for several years and today will be the last day that I ever go there. Today I went to get a manicure with my mother and during the middle of my mothers manicure her manicurist stood up and left the appointment. Why? Because her scheduled appointment arrived. My mother was in a rush to catch a flight and was left hanging. They did not provide any kind of compensation for my mother having to wait. As she went to walk out of the salon someone magically was ready to help her. Needless to say the girl who left her hanging did not receive a tip. My manicure was fair as well. I can see lines in my French manicure and she did not follow my instructions as to how I wanted my nails done. Never again!
