Avoid at all costs! Busses do not run on schedule (ours arrived 20+ minutes late), and they refuse to sell tickets prior to boarding. After boarding a 20+ minute late bus, the guy on the street then boards, must ticket all the passengers prior to the bus disembarking. 9:31 bus headed for Newark did not leave until 10:10.

15 minutes interval is certainly not right. Have not timed it, but I would estimate it to 40 minutes intervals.
The bus to the city stops for an eternity at Terminal C before leaving. some basic organisation is missing, it looks chaotic. like they still are in their first day of business.
I will for sure use other means for the airport transportation to EWR in the future.

Bus service is horrible when the bus is late once ut comes it pass by u and be empty some if the drivers are unporfessunal ghetto talks ti u nasty at night they come when evertime they want and it ne cold and they pass by u after u waited si long oval ni stars they need ti get professnal drivers and fire the ones who passed by u after being late

1) Bus was 45 minutes late. "Every 15 Minutes" is plainly a lie. I barely made it, another woman on the bus most likely missed her flight.
2) I was tricked into buying two tickets. If you buy a ticket online, they give you no warning before running your card that you MUST PRINT the ticket. (Unlike BoltBus, MegaBus, and the rest) The employee at the bus stop said it wouldn't be a problem, but the ticket collector threatened to throw me off the bus if I didn't buy another ticket on the bus. (I am disputing this charge with Visa.)
