Coach House Diner Restaurant

I haven't been there in 30 years. However it was great back then! Can't see changing!

Went here to catch up with a friend, the service was alright and the place was clean. I got a guacamole burger which came well done instead of medium but even still the burger was alright just a bit dry. Somehow my friends drink was taken away and it took a while for the waitress to come back with another water. The place is pretty cheap though so that's a plus.

Simply don't understand why every employee is on their phones?!?! I'm a server myself and that's a huge NO-NO. Worst service ever because everyone here is distracted. How can you expect to get business when you neglect customers?

Worst service I ever had, I wouldn't recommend this rat trap to my worst enemy. Spoke to Ramon a manager there and he is extremely rude and unprofessional. Continuously got my order wrong,, once I received my order it looked like someone tampered with it,,so gross. I would never ever go there again.

Been coming to this diner for years, it's the only place around that's 24/7 with good food. What irks me is how disorganized the place is. The front of the house is a joke, the host/hostess are always glued to their phones, this goes for management as well. I even had to deal with the bigger gentleman who's a "manager" make rude comments and fight with employees in front of costumers. Fix yourself.

Let's not forget that most of the servers are jokes as well. I don't understand how they had me wait 10 minutes to be attended to because they wanted to watch a football game on TV. Hell, even wait for the check for 20+ minutes because the server is sitting a few seats away from me, glued to their phones or BS'ing with another server about the job. Management needs to get their act together and fix the place.

Set a higher standard for yourself, the restaurant is great but the management is the downfall. So to the owners, this is all in your hands, the problem starts with you.
