Though I may not be a frequent user of the library any more, I think 39 years would constitute that I am a long time user of the library. In my experience, I have never experienced rude behavior from the staff or its volunteers who generously give of their time. If anything, on the contrary, everyone has always been most helpful.

The staffs in the front desk are very mean and rude. I dont understand how they got hired for this poition. I heard so many people complaining about the service. They seriously need to change their staff or no ones going to go this library.

The staff working here are very very rude. They didnt help people in the library because they were busy chatting with one another. Very very rude and unfriendly.
