I do not recommend this place because after using them in the past, feeling confident they would understand my needs, I quickly learned how dishonest they were. I had called for a quote on some kitchen cabinet repairs, not quite sire how to handle the problem I was having with them. The owner came over to assess and
we decided on a price and date to fix the cabinets with special hinges. This was a small job in comparison to what Closettec has done for me in the past. I felt confident that they would do a good job.
Adding insult to injury, they didn't show up on the date set and when I called, ( hoping they would apologize for making me rush home from work to wait) the owners wife, told me they had honestly forgot about me, were suddenly very busy and probably used the hardware ordered for me, on another project. Promising to call me back in a few minutes to make up for their incompetence. After a month passed, I called again..........Oops, she forgot again! Blaming her husband for never putting the order in! OK! Enough with the blame game, Fran! I always thought you had more class than that! Will never recommend!. Obviously, they don't need my business. I was shocked by their lack of professionalism and appalled by such poor customer service! Finally, they are way overpriced and lost a very big sale, following the request to fix my cabinets.
