We ordered closet doors for 4 of our closets from The Closet Builder. It took about 4 weeks to get them installed. We love the doors, they are modern and sleek, and give the rooms a nice clean look. We get a lot of compliments for these from everyone who visits! Norbert provided an excellent service, and is very responsive.
One of our closets had to use a more complex mechanism where the doors are attached at the ceiling and there is no rail on floor. This has to be a pretty complex and challenging setup. In this particular door pair, we initially experienced an issue where the door would get stuck in a closed position. Norbert was always fast to respond and to get his crew over to fix it. They had to change the mechanism to work for our setup. The other doors that run on the rails have not seen any issues whatsoever. We are very happy with all the doors and with this company.
