Child was treated with orthodontics.
Dr. Bythewood low-balled price, then add-ons throughout treatment eventually added up to higher price than other Orthodontists. He also wanted an additional $900+ for a "better" retainer (~$200 elsewhere) at the end of treatment.
Minimum 1.5 - 2 hour wait at EVERY monthly appointment; Child is immediately "called in", then waits 1.5 - 2 hours in second waiting room for 3 minute check-up while parents languish in outer waiting room thinking that the child is being worked on.
They asked for full payment before submitting insurance, then also received insurance payments. I have been trying unsuccessfully for several months to recover the insurance money from Bythewood.
