They butchered my dog. I lave a long hair Chihuahua and I specifically told them my dog is very proud of his long locks and I just needed him trimmed up. I come back and his hair is uneven on the top his belly hair is cut 1 inch from the skin his ear hair which hangs about 3 inches is cut down to the cartilage and he is in a full panic panting and pacing and drooling. Lets top off this visit with the fact that the owner wasnt there and whoever was here didnt speak english. I grabbed my baby and left. Never again will I take my dog or recommend this place to anyone.

Great shop on Port Richmond Avenue with reasonable prices. Brought my cat in for a lion haircut and they did a fabulous job. The owner is nice and the folks that work there were courteous . Not sure what the person below was talking about when they said the place smelled, it's a pet shop and there a few birds at the front of the store. I don't expect it to smell like a flower garden. I would go there again for my dogs and cat.

I went into the store and I was totally disgusted. I called in to get a walk-in groom and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. The store smelled horrible ( even for a pet store).

I've been going to these groomers since 2005 and they are the best.

Great service, excellent prices and technician that cares about animals and treats them well. I bring my cat, Tesoro to get her nails clipped and we are in and out, no problems.
