This diner is very homey and has nice people that serve you. It's been in Maspeth ever since before I was born and was I've been there multiple times. Aside from the fact this place has had films and advertisements done, the food is nice and if they ever get something wrong, they'll fix it as soon as they can. So if you like a good 'ol retro-styled place, come here and you won't be disappointed~

as others are oooing and aaawing the ny skyline on approach to LGA, i'm hoping to catch a glimpse of that spot in the fork of the road known as Clinton Diner. a true relic of new york past, it is the first stop i make whenever passing through the city that never sleeps. forget that i'm sitting in the same booth Robert and Ray did when they planned out the wacking of some poor smuck in Flaaridduh. i'm here for breakfast. as manhattan has homogenized it's self into a theme park, Clinton Diner remains untouched. with Americas most recognized waitress, Tula, this diner offers good food, good prices and genuine ny atmosphere. if he were alive today, Damon Runyon might be seated in the booth next to mine busy writing his latest short story. the best burger in the five boros can be ordered 24 hours a day along with everything else on the menu. see you'all next time i'm in town, and would someone please give Phyllis a big hug!

GoodFellas at Good Diner
“Check out Maspeth’s Clinton Diner, which features Queens’ best burgers and other great diner fare, while housing some notable cinematic history.
It was in that diner and that parking lot that Robert DeNiro found out that Joe Pesci was “gone,” and then smashed the pay phone in Martin Scorcese’s movie GoodFellas. Interior diner shots included the meeting between DeNiro and Ray Liotta. The Clinton Diner was also featured in the movie Six Ways to Sunday, which starred Debra Harry (a.k.a Blondie). In addition, the diner was the back drop for the television show The Third Watch, and various commercials, including one of those ever popular “Got Milk?’ spots.”
