Detailing Nightmare!!! Over a thousand Dollars in damage caused by detailing! Had to sue in small claims court after owner refused to make make repairs. He refused to settle so we had to go a trial. Judge found in our favor and against Clinton Car Wash and issued a judgment. But they refused to pay the judgment despite the court order and phone call after phone call asking for payment! So now we have to go to the Bergen County Marshalls to get payment seized. All from a detailing and the most contemptuous customer service I have seen ever.
I will keep you posted as to how this all turns out.
