One word amazing. He came to my apartment and he told me everything that was wrong with my laptop. I was able to ask him any question with out getting the feeling that he is making it up of the top of his head. I love this service and I will keep using it forever .

They sent an excellent worker, who came with all his equipment, right to my apartment. The virus on my computer was removed in under an hour. WOW!

On another occasion, I wanted Windows 7, so he took my laptop overnight, and I got it back the next morning, fully equipped!

I would (and have) recommend this company to anyone who wants a quick computer fix!

I will also continue using this fantastic service.
