The equipment is garbage and not maintained. They play musical chairs with their trucks, so every day you would get a different truck that was even more filthy then the last one. Parts would literally fall off from under the truck, some times while driving.
If you got lucky and stayed in one truck for a week or so, and tried to clean it and maintain it, forget about it. They would just take it from you.
When you complain to management and dispatch about this, they would pretend to hear you, but nothing would ever get done about it.
So you throw your hand up and continue to work for these filthy pigs till you just can't take it anymore.
It's a six day week and there's no respect for the drivers. They hire foreigners mostly blacks and contract workers. I guess this is the reason they maintain their trucks filthy and not maintained.
There's an atmosphere of racism in the dispatch office. I've seen some dispatches there with swastika tattoos on their arms and heard the N word plenty of times.
The three years I was there, was pure hell, but you have to pay the bills. I gave it one star because you have to in order to write the review otherwise it would had been a zero and even that would be to good.
