Clearview Tree and Land

I have been looking for a company to cut down this huge oak tree I had in my backyard. The tree was basically all the way against my neighbor's fence and extended out over both properties. I called a bunch of tree removers listed online and I was very pleased with my choice. They were very professional and courteous at all times. Mr. Valencia came for the estimate and I knew right then that I had to go with these guys. He was very polite and know exactly what needed to be done. And must I tell you the price was way less than most of my other estimates from reputable companies!!!!!!. I was worried about property damage to my neighbor's garage but these guys are licensed, insured and experts at this stuff. They came on time, did not damage anything, had the right tools and took all the garbage with them on the same day. Another tree cutter told me that it would take 3 or 4 days of work. These guys did it just as promised in one single day. Fast and reliable!!!!!!! When I am ready to take the roots out I will definitely use them again.

Worst experience with office. It took a month to get the crew here. For that reason we will not use this company again. Expensive 30 minutes=$1,000.

When I looked at the towering Long Needle Pine in my backyard I thought there was no way to get this tree down safely, my yard has no access for trucks. Then the Clearview crew showed, within 90 minutes all I saw was a little sawdust and the backend of a truck as it left another successful tree removal. I can not say enough about the speed and efficiency of this crew. A special Thanks to Tracy in the office for her help and Richard the Tree Surgeon for his advice and treatment of other trees on my property, it was above and beyond.

After spending much time doing research and calling various tree removal service companies, I have found that Clearview Tree and Land Corp. had offered prices that were very reasonable in comparison to its peers. They also came right on time and did the job in a very professional manner. They had the right equipment and enough experienced workers to remove 3 large oak trees including stump removal within one day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs tree services because of their great rates and quality service. I was so impressed that I bought all 10 of the workers lunch and tipped them after the job was done. Thank you again to Oscar and the rest of the Clearview Tree Service Company!

I used Clearview Tree and Land several times. The first time the service was good and the price was reasonable. Every time I used them after that the prices went up and the service got worse. I used them for a big landscaping job which included planting tree's and sod which had a one year warranty. Once you pay them it is very difficult to get them back. They will yes you to death and then do nothing. Now I will have to take them to court to have them honor their warranty. I would not use this company again.
