Clear Image 4D Ultrasound - Brooklyn

The front desk was very kind,friendly and polite. The ultrasound tech was polite also however I felt Intimidated to ask questions after my couple of questions were answered in an uninterested and standoffish kinda way. If you are planning on filming the experience don't count on it because you're not allowed to use your camera, camera phone or videos.

I ordered a 4d ultrasound for my wife at our house in and I am very pleased with the outcome. My family and father in law all watched the ultrasound in our living room and everyone was very impressed. The technicians were very skilled and it shows that they love what they do. My cousin is going to use this service for her baby shower and we plan to do another ultrasound at home when we can see the face in detail. It's incredible how advanced the technology for this 4d stuff is - you can really see everything about the baby and for me the best part was being able to have it in our house as my wife is on bed rest.
I will definitely refer my family members to you. Thank you again for everything and we loved every moment

I must say my experience here was wonderful! Lets begin with the ultrasound technician Liza who made me feel right at home. I went in for my gender ultrasound at 12 weeks and she was correct I had my boy. Their customer service was fantastic. They acomadated the time I need since I'm traveling all the way from New Jersey. The day before the visit they called to remind me of my appointment and they actually were as excited as me to find out the gender of my baby. The day of my appointment they greeted and made sure all my needs were met. I highly recommend all women that are expecting to come to clear Imaging Ultrasound. Oh and I love the 4D video they made o my baby boy. You will not be disapointed.

Overall ok experience. I came with the idea of purchasing the mini ultrasound package because of the website but when I came into the office to fill out the paperwork I seen that it was advise for me to go for the next package up ($$$) because of how many weeks I was. I was happy with the amount of time that was spent taking pictures of my little boy. The women who did my ultrasound was very friendly and informative about what she was doing and what I was seeing. She jumped right in and didn't waste any time of the 20mins that was included in the package. I would have gave this place 5 stars but because of an error THEY made with my address I still haven't received my color 3D photos, which was one of the main reasons why I even decided to get a 3D/4D ultrasound in the first place. (I wanted to send them to my boyfriend who lives out of state.) Ive been waiting almost a month for something that was only suppose to take 7-10 days. I constantly check my mail hoping that they would finally be there. I'm disappointed that the three - four times I called I didn't get an apology or was even offered anything to compensate for my wait.

Had a great experience at this place. The office was clean, street parking was a breeze and the wait time was only a few minutes. The image was clear and technician was super friendly. It was an amazing feeling seeing my baby girl. Overall an excellent experience.
