HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My wife suggested they alter an expensive suit that she bought me at a sample sale. They mutilated the sleeve and took too much off the pants. After 2 additional alterations, the pants are barely ok but the jacket needs to go to another place. They refused to refund my alterations cost "as I explained how it would turn out when you took this in". I did "cheap out" (by not having the sleeve raised--to be fair, the owner said it would be better) but have had similar work done on jackets for years and have never seen this incompetence.
