This review is for Cleaning Systems & Supply in Mount Vernon, only. After being told that I would get back my repaired vacuum in two to three days, I waited ten days, paid $57.66, and found when I used the vacuum at home that it had not been fixed. The customer service was terrible: When I called for directions, the man on the phone did not tell me that the main office entrance would be locked. I had to carry my heavy vacuum a far distance to a warehouse entrance, with no parking lot. No one called, as had been promised, to tell me what was wrong with the vacuum and what repair would cost. The third time that I called politely to request a callback, the man said that he will look into the matter. He apologized for the delay. That did not help me when I came home, used the vacuum, found that it still pulls poorly and scratches my wood floors.
Do not go to this company for repairs!
