It's a shame. This place is conveniently located, and has a parking lot, but they are shockingly expensive. $3.59 for the SMALLEST washer? Also, almost every washer has a lot of mildew built up inside where you put the soap and softener, as well as huge wads of built-up powder soap sitting in there. It doesn't look like they ever clean in there.

Friendly and helpful evening staff! Plenty of washers and dryers during the weekday. Only downside is the price to wash is on the higher end.

If I could give them a ZERO Star I would! Do not drop your laundry off here if you actually want it done! They had my laundry for 2 days and still didn't get it done when I came back the second time for it. So finally I got tired of waiting and took it back to have it done somewhere else. AND THWY LOST MY DETERGENT! so basically I paid $10 to not have my laundry done. And the staff there could give a care less. And they wonder why all the immigrants "take" American jobs. The Americans there don't want a job. They just want to be paid to sit around.

Paid $60 for drop-off service with my credit card, and an hour later my credit card company called to ask if I had just spent $300 at Clean Rite. Had to cancel my card, and wait a week to receive a new one. They are "credit card only" so you can't even use cash to be careful. Never going here again.

This is a review of the DIY and drop off laundry.
First: DIY
I'm blessed with a washer and dryer in our apt here in Brooklyn. But home washers are only so big and sometimes you need to wash pillows and comforters. Clean Rite is CLEAN and their washers are huge, so this totally works for me. I don't think the washers are much more expensive than other places, but the dryers make up for it big time. Just 1 cent a minute. If you are drying something that takes 2-3 hours like down pillows this is amazing. The card read-y thing was a trick to learn, but the management was really nice with showing me how to use it. I'm usually grossed out by laundromats which is why I need a washer and dryer in my apt. This is the only place nearby that is clean enough for me.
Now the drop off:
So I had a down comforter that needed washing but I didn't have the 4 hours to spare to wash it, so I dropped it off. It was $18. Cheap, IMO. I also gave them my own detergent as I'm highly allergic to the smelly, chemically stuff. When I went to pick it up my nose told me that they used some of their own stuff on it. They washed it again for me, no charge and were super sweet about it. Will most defiantly use them again, this time with clearer instructions.
