Clean. Very small though which means you'll wait for a machine for a while.

Dropped off laundry for the first time using their wash and fold service. A gray and white shirt came back pink and white. The shirt was obviously thrown in with a load with bleach. I brought the shirt back the next day and the owner told me this was a problem with the way the shirt was manufactured and after many washes it will change color. I told him that I find it hard to believe that the one time you wash the shirt it just changes from gray to pink through no fault of yours. At first he stated he does not use bleach at all, but then he backpedaled and said he only uses bleach on whites and there was no way my gray and white shirt could have ended up in the wash with bleach. He said if it was bleached, the whole shirt would be white which is complete BS because bleach turns colors all different colors, not just white. When I told him that he was lying and asked him to please do something for me he said again un-apologetically that there was nothing he could do! I paid $33 for this service, I would have even accepted a coupon for the next time I came back. Horrible business practices!! I will never be using this service again.

Dropped off 2 bags came back home with one checked if they put all the clothes together turns out half my clothes were missing and found women's 4XL VICTORIA SECRECT PANTIES ...OWNER Mr.Jones Hong denies any issue even after looking at the video together
