I use their drop off service and they have lost a large amount of my clothing. I am very busy and dependent on them to perform the task hey are paid to do. This last time they lost two large towels. How is this possible?
They are refusing to give me a refund at this point.
I am not using them again even though they are next door to me. Not worth it and not trustworthy.
Make sure if you drop off your clothes it is nothing you really need back.
