I am getting married in march 2014, and planning on renting a basement to live in temporarily, me and my fiancé were so excited about the apartment it was huge fully renovated with all the furniture, just move in and start your life. Last week my fiancés parents came to see the place and there were afraid that the place had mold in it, since it was empty for 2 years it start to smell a little. They told me they are not happy look for a different place, I decided to look for a mold inspector Googled it found clear air mold inspections, I called and I got on the phone with a man named David I liked him right away he sounded so nice, pleasant and professional on the phone. He promised to come check it out the next day, I was very skeptical at first but then I see that he texted me to send him the exact address, I sent the address to him and agreed to meet at 10:45 am. I got there at 10:45 am and he was already at the location, came in smelled the place check for any water damages offered to make an air test but said it’s not needed the place is clean and you can live here without any worried. I was so surprised with how nice he was that I decided to write this review. I even saved his number if anyone ever asks me about a mold inspector.

david, the owner, is one of the best contractors with whom I have ever dealt. He is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He also has great customer service skills. david took my call personally when I telephoned. He arrived precisely on time, cleanly attired and ready to go. He explained the process in detail and began work promptly. He and his assistant had to move some things to access the problem area. They did it carefully and placed everything on a dropcloth. They set up an isolation area so we would not be exposed to the mold or dust from the area in which they were working and placed all of there equipment on dropcloths outside the area where they were working.

Their contract was detailed and clear. The work was completed timely.david explained that his estimate was preliminary and the final bill might be different depending on what he found inside the walls. At the conclusion of the job, we were informed that the job was more extensive than he thought originally but since it took the same length of time he expected there would be no additional charge.
