Highly recommended, low price compared to all other tile places i've been to, great showroom, wonderful sales people , very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They'll give you enough time to look at every sample and help you decide better. Been to these place so many times i've purchased a lot of different tiles and marbles for my home but never had unpleasant moment very nice selection and Great Team of sales people. Victor helped me all the way through and the rest are great too. Really Great Place to shop for your home. 2 thumbs UP!!!

I'm completely revamping my bathroom and did not realize how MUCH leg work is involved before seeing the finished product so I procrastinated on getting everything. Needless to say, I was shopping for tiles after my bathroom had been demolished! I'd been to quite a few upscale tile shops but their service/inventory was lacking my needs so I continued on my seemingly futile and rushed task to Classic Tiles. I had seen reviews for them and decided to give it a shot before my husband shot me:) The minute I walked in a gentleman named John offered to help me. He made the visit so painless with his extensive knowledge which he guided, but did not overwhelm me with. In 45 minutes my order was complete with delivery set for the next 48 hrs! I have NEVER written a review for a product before (much less tiles :)) but had to take the time to possibly guide one other lost Procrastinating Peggy like myself into this store. The entire staff seemed great with the other shoppers while I was there...give them a try!

Joe was excellent. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and told my kids they were cute. He also gave me spot on directions to get around the infamous Belt Parkway traffic. I drove out from Long Island and it was well worth it; the prices destroy anywhere in Nassau County without sacrificing ANY quality, it's actually better quality. I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else.

Called to match ceramic tile installed six years ago and Joe sent picture, verified I had the correct tile, and shipped it across country in 7 days. The tile arrived safely wrapped and intact. Kudos to Classic Tile for an excellent product and great customer service!
