Classic Remodeling Corporation

I had every window in my home replaced by this company several years back. The windows I purchased came with a life time warrantee for materials and through out the years, almost every window has had to be replaced. In the beginning, Lester, the owner of the company sent one of his employees to replace the broken windows but now he won't even be accountable and drop off the replacement windows at my home so I can hire another contractor to put them in. Lester even went so far to once say to me "Do you think I make money by going back and forth to your house?" I understand that, but these are the windows I purchased from him at the price he charged, so if they are a problematic window or inferior construction he should have specified that in his sales pitch. I've had multiple broken windows for over a year and have scheduled many appointments with Classic Remodeling but each time they do not show up and play a game pretending there was some sort of miscommunication. I am very frustrated and have taken many days off from work as I also had family members do to wait for my windows. Now Lester told me to try going directly to the manufacturer if I want my windows. Hopefully I get some results and get my windows. They are not accountable and just want to make the sale.
