Classic Nails

I just love do my eyebrows, nails etc..great people

I went to classic nails on 12/11/12 my coworker told me to ask for Julie the owner. I waited two weeks for my eyebrows to grow because I wanted them fuller and more define. On our lunch break me and my coworker decided to take the drive and go get them done. It was time. We waited for Julie because she was doing someone nails, the place was not busy on a Tuesday at 1 o’clock and I figured she was going to be able to since it was my first time and she is the expert.

10 min passed and nothing, we had to go back to work my co-worker got them done by the idiot named Blanca. So I told her to go ahead and do them since I've been waiting for two weeks and I’m wasting my lunch break on this. She went on to tell me that she couldn’t do what I wanted because my eyebrows were different than my co-worker... I told her that's not what I want I wanted the opposite. My coworkers has too much of an arch and really thin. She took my pencil off with ALCOHOL!! CUT MY EYEBROWS AND LEFT ME WITH NO EYEBROWS... when she first put the wax I felt the sting She BURN MY EYELID!! Both of them not even the eyebrows MY EYELID! THEN WENT TO DRAW ON MY FACE EYEBROWS BECAUSE SHE DIDNT WANT ME TO SEE THE MESS SHE MADE. I told her I was really hurting and asked her if she put alcohol and the bitch denied it!

On my way back to work the pain was unbearable I was in tears and my eyes were swollen... I called her and asked her again if she had put alcohol and she gave me an attitude and said no

I went back furious the swelling and redness had gone down and when I walked in she said that I wasn’t burn that’s when I told her not to touch me and Julie came and told her that she did burn me.

I told her I wanted fuller eyebrows and she left me with none! she burned me and cut my eyebrows ( Google cutting eyebrows they grow back spiky don’t do it) she never apologize and that’s why I got so upset she kept arguing and arguing with me instead of apologizing and taking responsibility I asked for my money back and Julie was understanding

DON'T LET BLANCA DO YOUR EYEBROWS EVER!!!!!

I even saw how she clean the alcohol the she droop on the dirty counter and put it on my friends face!! She’s the worst and health and consumer affairs is going to get this review as well

All she had to do was apologize

"Classic" does the best eyebrow shaping EVER! I could actually pick out of a crowd who has had their eyebrows done at Classic--that's how distinctly perfect their service is. I will never go anywhere else.
