Class M Towing and Recovery Inc.

Spanish guy just tried to tow my full time AWD SUV with 2 wheels up, 2 wheels on the street. Told him online is says to never tow AWD with 2 wheels on the ground. He dropped my car in the middle of the street and left. Steer clear of these guys, unless you plan on getting a new transmission. Owners manual states never to tow with any wheels on the ground, would void warranty. He was quick to get it on the lift, if i hadnt checked online he would have damaged my transmission and voided my warranty. How convenient would it have been for chevy roadside assistance to void my warranty by bringing it to the dealer towed like that. Now I need to wait 2 more hours for the next tow truck. He even mentioned he does it all the time.

Allstate roadside assigned this company to me at 12:30pm and at 5pm they still have not shown. They claimed they were on their way but never called me or showed. When I called Allstate back to tell them this company still has not shown, Allstate then contacted them & was told that their truck broke down. Really!? After 5 hours the truck breaks down. A bunch of bull! Allstate finally cancelled the service with this company, assigned a different company & that company showed up in less than 30 minutes. Like a previous review stated, always on the way but never showed. I suggest Allstate cancel whatever contract they have with this company because the service is horrible!!!

Had to get my car towed... It took a little longer than expected, but the guy who showed up was very professional, cordial and quick. He took my car to the requested shop and helped in every-way possible. Highly recommend this place.
