My wife got into an accident and Geico had her truck towed to Class A Autobody. At first we were hesitant about getting the repairs done there just because we had a family friend who worked at another auto body shop; but it ended up being the best choice we made. The staff there is extremely helpful and kept us updated (via automated texts and phone calls) throughout the entire repair process. The entire process took about 10 days (where it would've taken 3 weeks at another auto body shop) and now my wife's truck looks newer than before. I had the best experience at Class A Autobody in South Hackensack NJ. Danny del Rio was amazing and did and incredible job. Very professional and pleasant he took care of my issue right away I didnt even had to wait! All staff was incredibly nice. Deffinately coming back and will recommend to everyone!

When my car arrived at Class A (it was towed), I received a call letting me know my car had been received as well as a detailed description of how my car would be handled. Class A not only provided me with a specific time frame which my car would be repaired, but assured me that if anything changed, I would be the first to know. Initially, I was impressed with the projected quick turnaround, but to my surprise, my car was ready before I had expected. Upon picking up my car, I was given a detailed description of the repair and the staff made sure I understood everything. Overall I was very impressed with Class A's workmanship, customer service, and their communication. I highly recommend Class A for all auto repairs.
