Great customer service, very attentive and knowledgeable about their product. They was very helpful.

Selection is good, but service is so-so. Staff seemed to be exhausted by day ly grind

They have regular clarks and even the multicolor dyed wallabies. I got some great deals here.

I went to NY for a visit and on my last day I bought two pairs of shoes at Clarks SOHO. One pair was put aside while I tried other styles. Once I decided to buy I was given the box of the pair put aside and paid for both. Now in Geneva I see that the pair of shoes put aside are two different sizes a size 8 and a 7.5 (I had tried them before and they were both the same size 8). I tried calling the store numerous times without success to try to resolve this problem as I am in Geneva, Switzerland. Either no answer or they hang up. So at this time I am not a satisfied customer even though I like the brand and have other pairsfrom boots to dress shoes from Clarks which I am happy with, but this situation which should not have happened is frustrating and I cannot seem to resolve it.

Trendy store with an extremely knowledgeable staff. They really went the extra step to ensure I got the right shoe at the right price, even if it meant me going to Jersey, thus losing a sale. Josh was fantastic. Really felt comfortable there, no pressure, just honest help.
