Terrible service. Ordered two pairs of shoes through them online, but one pair came with the wrong color, while the other pair never came! Called them multiple times but did not receive any feedback timely. Now their phone is completely dead......Such a shame that a shoe store with good quality shoes have such a lousy customer service!
