This place had a great layout that helped me quickly see everything for sale. I was surprised no sales people approached me, since very few other customers were around. I like the brand, generally.

Got a great deal on two pairs of slip-ons in early July and asked that they be mailed. When one pair failed to arrive, I contacted Paola, the manager who sorted it out and followed up with me. It took a little time but she stuck with it. She was a total pro -- I am grateful for her help.
