Literally the worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. Owner is rude to his staff and it takes about 25 minutes for 2 bagels any given morning.

The bagels are great but the customer is not. Worse customer service ever. The owner is rude, I have been hung up on and my orders have been screwed up at least 3 times and when you mention it they don't care. I recommend going somewhere else for a bagel.

Took about 20 mins for a bacon egg n cheese on a Sunday at 11am. Yes it was busy but I have been to busier places that move quicker. About 3 people who came after me got the orders. Worst experience at a bagel place. Then got home and sandwich wasn't even worth the wait. I rather travel from Clark to Union to Bagel Spot then go back here. If you want a good bagel and/or breakfast I would avoid Clark Bagel.

The bagels are good but the service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. Constantly messing up the simplest orders. He blonde woman who works the counter here has a terrible attitude and makes it seem like a giant inconvenience that you are ordering food. Do yourself a favor and keep driving down the road and go to Colonia Bagels instead
