I'm giving this salon 5 stars because of one particular hairdresser. Noelia is their best stylist and speaks great English for those who aren't Spanish speakers. She knows the best techniques and understands what your hair needs no matter what type you have. Yes, the salon gets crowded but the prices are amazing for what Noelia does to you. She is very sweet and attentive and she remembers you. Since she's so fabulous she gets a lot of clients so it's a bit of a wait, but she's very quick and efficient. I've been coming to this salon for 15 years. I have had my share of stylists, that are always changing and I've been seeing Noelia for 5 years. She's the best! I'm not sure of the capability of the other stylists since some haven't been there long enough. Teresa is a good stylist when Noelia is not in, she's been a stylist at this salon for over 5 years. I hope your experience is a great as mine and remember 5 stars because of my stylist. This salon isn't all that professional. So if you're expecting 5 star service, go elsewhere.

Before I went to this place, I had beautiful curly hair. After they finished giving me a simple blow dry, my hair was burnt, falling out in chunks, and they tried to charge me 15 dollars more than they told me the service was going to be. I had to cut all of my hair off. Additionally the place was so unsanitary and I will never set foot in a salon like this. If you like your hair, NEVER NEVER NEVER go to this place. It would be the worst decision of your life.
