I found this company to have gone above and beyond my expectations. I bought a Juki industrial sewing machine about a year ago. I love the machine and anytime I needed help, I called and got a courteous and helpful answer to my questions. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help. I would recommend this company to anyone interested in buying a sewing machine and will be going back to them for my next purchase.

I bought a commercial Juki sewing machine years ago.
The salesman said and even wrote on the sales receipt that that head of this sewing machine was guarantied for 5 years.
It broke about 3 years later. I called and talked to a woman who refused warranty. She told me there was no such a thing as 5 year warranty. I offered to show her the sales receipt and she refused to see.
I brought the matter to State's consumer affair department and eventually did not go anywhere.
I am not sure about now, but this store had been operated by dishonest people.
