Citywide Fire Sprinkler

I had a great experience with citywide. They helped a few of my buildings violations get taken care of. The techs were all really nice and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Citywide took care of the violations on my building. I'm very happy because the tickets were outrageous. They were quick and professional.
I've signed up with Citywide to perform sprinkler inspections for all of my buildings and I haven't received any violations since, so I'm pretty happy with the service.

Worst experience ever!!!!! New super here and I called these clowns to have them service my system which was leaking. Talk about "NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!"; after the visit I found out the system was not even on and so what happens? This company reports me to the FDNY, they come rolling up without me knowing as I am trying to do the right thing and they tell me CITYWIDE reports and I am given a summons!!!!

These guys are clowns because you call them to give them the job and they report me so they can strong arm me into using them for the job exclusively!!!!!! When I asked how did the FDNY find out, they tell me they got a call from CITYWIDE!!!!

Can you believe that!? I will not be using you guys....dirty move to try and get my business. You did not have to do that...really low of you guys to do that CITYWIDE!!! SHAME ON YOU!!!
