I have used cityspec for years and have had no problems. In reference to the previous comments, the person doesn't understand how the process works. CitySpec works through your insurance company. The insurance company sends City Spec a list of addresses and they do the inspection. So if you haven't bothered to tell your insurance company that you no longer live there, then they will show up.
If you are receiving phone calls why don't you just tell them you no longer reside at the premises?

This company is literally the worst. I used them several years ago for a boiler inspection of which they failed me with very little specifics. A failed inspection is one thing, but I have continued to receive phone calls from them for 3 YEARS to inform me they had a tech on site to do an inspection. I HAVE NOT LIVED AT MY ORIGINAL LOCATION FOR 2 YEARS NOW.
To make the whole situation just that much more the worst, today I got a call from a COLLECTION AGENCY, investigating a claim by City Spec. Please, do not ever use this service unless you want to deal with hassles and collection agencies for years and years to come.
